or residential subdivisions, AP Engineers believe in making
a positive impact on the surrounding environment. Through
client involvement, property research, and working with city
and local officials through all phases of project development,
we ensure that our projects come in on budget, on schedule,
and most important, fit the needs of our clients and the neighborhood
as a whole.
AP Engineers
provides civil engineering services including: entitlement
processing, land planning, infrastructure analysis, tentative
maps, construction documents, assistance with contract documents
between owner/developer and contractor and construction administration.
Surveying services include topographic surveys, boundary surveys,
subdivision mapping and construction staking. Additional services
include due diligence, property research, jurisdictional research
and feasibility analysis.

at AP Consulting understand the building process and personal
involvement each homeowner undertakes with any new or remodel
construction. Due to the intimate nature of residential remodels
and new homes, AP Engineers customizes our service, working
directly with the homeowner, to ensure good communication and
client understanding. The goal is to provide cost effective
designs that fit the client and neighborhood we are working
in.

grading & drainage, erosion control, NPDES compliance, Storm
Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Storm Water Management
Plan, site-planning, project team, plan coordination, ADA

availability of land to subdivide is becoming more and more
scarce in the SF Bay Area. AP Consulting's approach to entitlement
processing is both unique and aggressive. We review local and
state ordinances, research infrastructure, and provide thorough
site investigation during the proposal phase. The scoping phase
ensures that the client's objectives are within the parameters
of the existing neighborhood. |
 The
improvement of old and outdated roads, underground utilities,
and compliance with today's ADA regulations require project
teams to be both sensitive and economical. AP consulting
Engineers ensure project success by keeping up to date on
all recent codes and regulations, as well as, working very
closely with local and state government so their needs and
schedule are met.
